PRIME ECG® System
Introduction
PRIME ECG® (“PRIME”) is a breakthrough cardiac diagnostic system that utilizes a workstation and a disposable electrode vest to quickly and accurately diagnose chest pain patients with heart attacks (myocardial infarction, or “MI”).

Displays
The PRIME ECG® System can display a range of images that allows a physician to quickly detect potential problem areas and to explore important details that may be needed to achieve timely and accurate diagnosis. The following are examples of the PRIME user interface. All images are the exclusive property of Heartscape Technologies, Inc. A conventional 12-lead electrocardiogram can easily be viewed at the touch of a button.

Recordings from 80-leads placed about the torso can be viewed simultaneously in the single-beat view.

Analysis of data is focused on a single representative heart beat selected automatically from a ten-second recording. Anterior leads are seen on the left and posterior on the right with left and right-sided leads at each end. Posterior and right-sided leads reveal ST-elevation, where the 12-lead result was silent.
